1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CS ("the Service"), operated by ClubSilver.ORG — a platform of All That Net Holdings, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect by email and/or through a notice on the Service. You will have to consent to updated Terms of Service to continue to use the Service after the effective date.
2. Description of Service
CS is a private membership community and location-based social application for adult men, where age-gap connections — typically between older and younger men — are welcomed and prevalent. The Service allows members to discover and connect with other members nearby. The Service includes features such as user profiles, messaging, and location-based discovery. The Service is available via web browsers on computers and other devices.
Membership is open to men (cis and trans) and non-binary or genderqueer people who identify with this community. Eligibility is based on community affiliation rather than gender alone; this membership criterion exists to maintain a dedicated community space for our members.
Access to the Service through VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies is not guaranteed. Some features, particularly location-based services, may not function correctly when using such technologies.
To help improve your experience in areas with fewer users, we may briefly display representative community profiles alongside real user profiles. Representative profiles are clearly marked with a Community Profile badge, are managed by our team, and sit outside messaging entirely: they do not initiate contact, and a conversation with them cannot be started. These profiles are never used to drive premium conversions and are short-lived. We disclose this practice for transparency.
You acknowledge that CS is not a 'hook-up,' 'sex personals,' or escort website and is not advertised as such. Use of the Service to solicit, advertise, or arrange paid or commercial sexual services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Adding, changing, or removing features and functionality
- Updating user interface design and navigation
- Modifying pricing, premium tiers, or premium features
- Changing technical requirements or supported platforms
- Adjusting usage limits, quotas, or rate limits
While we strive to provide advance notice of significant changes through in-app notifications or email, we are not obligated to do so for all modifications. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.
4. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Identify with the male community this Service is built for — open to men (cis and trans) and non-binary or genderqueer people who identify with this community
- Be seeking connections within this community, where age-gap interactions between men are welcomed and prevalent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Not have been previously banned or removed from the Service
- Register from your actual physical location, as location data may be used for service features
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Membership in this community is based on self-identification.
5. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including an honest representation of your affiliation with the community this Service is built for
- Keep your account information up to date
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Not create multiple accounts or accounts for others without permission
- Maintain a valid, accessible email address for your account
A valid email address is required. You will receive transactional emails (security alerts, password resets, policy updates, legally required notices) which cannot be disabled. Marketing emails (newsletters, promotions, product updates) can be managed via the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email. If your email becomes unreachable, we may not be able to contact you before taking any action on your account.
Your display name will be visible to other users. This is necessary for the core functionality of connecting users on our platform.
You may use your first name or a chosen display name, but impersonation or creating fake identities is prohibited.
We may request verification if we reasonably believe provided information is inaccurate or fraudulent, to protect our community.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts without authorization
- Collect or harvest user data without consent
- Engage in commercial activities without our written consent
- Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
7. Content
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant CS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
7.2 Content Moderation
We use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to monitor and review accounts (including profile content) and messages for content that indicates breaches of these Terms. Human review is limited in scope and restricted to trained trust and safety personnel whose access is logged and monitored. This includes reviewing content when reported by users and proactive detection of policy violations. If content meets criteria indicating a likely breach, the account may be subject to warning, restriction, or termination. You may contest moderation decisions by contacting support. All user-generated content — including messages, photos, and profile information — is subject to automated scanning for policy violations. Human access to private content is limited and targeted in scope; all such access is logged with a stated purpose. Content processed for moderation is never used as the basis for advertising targeting or commercial profiling. All photos — including those uploaded to premium albums — undergo safety review before becoming visible to other users.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove User Content at our sole discretion. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
7.3 Profile Content Restrictions
To maintain a safe and appropriate environment, the following content is prohibited in profiles:
- External links, URLs, or references to other websites or services
- Personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles
- Explicit or graphic descriptions of sexual activities, vulgar or obscene language
- Commercial solicitations or advertisements
Profiles may be reviewed before becoming visible to other members. Content that violates these restrictions, contains nonsense text, random characters, or appears to be gibberish may be rejected or removed without notice.
7.4 Prohibited Content & Mandatory Reporting
Content that promotes, facilitates, or solicits sex trafficking, prostitution, or the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and submit mandatory reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline when required by law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
Users acknowledge that CS actively monitors for violations of these prohibitions using automated tools and human review, and that suspected trafficking-related content will be escalated to law enforcement without prior notice to the account holder.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by CS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The CS name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CS. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.
Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to termination. Before terminating an inactive account, we will attempt to notify you at your registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to reactivate your account. Inactivity is defined as no login or meaningful activity on the Service. Paused accounts that remain paused for 1 year are automatically and permanently deleted; reminder emails are sent at 30, 90, and 335 days after pausing.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.
WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Always exercise caution when interacting with or meeting people through the Service.
You acknowledge that this is a social platform for connecting members. You accept full responsibility for any contacts, meetings, or interactions that result from your use of the Service. CS bears no liability for the outcomes of member interactions or for your compliance with local laws regarding such interactions.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLUBSILVER.ORG, OPERATED BY ALL THAT NET HOLDINGS, LLC ("COMPANY") AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClubSilver.ORG, operated by All That Net Holdings, LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CS is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
15.4 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, and Canada may bring claims in their local courts if permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. International Users
16.1 European Union Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data, as well as the right to object to certain processing. 16.2 California Users (CCPA)
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
16.3 Canadian Users (PIPEDA)
Canadian residents have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to access their personal information, the right to challenge the accuracy of their information, and the right to withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of their information. We comply with PIPEDA requirements for consent, limiting collection, and safeguarding personal information.
16.4 Brazilian Users (LGPD)
If you are located in Brazil, your personal data is processed in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). You have the right to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, and information about third-party sharing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@clubsilver.org. In the event of a high-risk breach affecting your data, we will notify the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) within 2 working days.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CS regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

We may provide notices to you via email, through the Service, or by other reasonable means. You may contact us through the Help section of the Service.

We do not accept unsolicited confidentiality obligations. Any legal notice, demand, inquiry, or threat letter sent to us is not treated as confidential unless we have expressly agreed to such terms in a signed written agreement executed prior to receipt of the communication.
We reserve the right to publish, disclose, or discuss any correspondence we receive, including legal threats, consistent with applicable law. Unilateral confidentiality assertions in letter headers or footers do not create a binding confidentiality obligation on us.
