Profile Status Explained
Your profile goes through several states from registration to appearing on the app. Here is what each one means.
Status codes
- Pending — your profile has been submitted and is waiting for a moderator to review it
- Approved — your profile meets our guidelines and is visible to other members
- Rejected — your profile or photo did not meet our guidelines; see the rejection reason and make the necessary changes before resubmitting
- Incomplete — required information is missing; complete your profile and resubmit
Review timeline
- Most profiles are reviewed within 24 hours of submission
- You will receive a notification when your profile is approved or if action is needed
- Review may take longer during busy periods
NSFW upload warnings and blocks
- If a moderator rejects a photo for explicit content, your account accrues an NSFW violation score
- At a low score you will receive a warning notification
- If violations continue, your ability to upload photos may be temporarily blocked
- An admin can review and reset your score — contact support if you believe a rejection was made in error
What to do if rejected
- Read the rejection reason carefully — it will tell you which guideline was not met
- Update the relevant photo or profile detail to meet the guidelines
- Resubmit — your profile will go back into the review queue
